This policy explains the limited data used to operate the experimental SpeakArray service.
Last updated: October 12, 2026.
For lightweight visitor statistics, the public site creates a random browser identifier and stores timestamps for the first and most recent presence signal. SpeakArray's application does not intentionally store a visitor's name, email address, precise location or IP address in its visitor analytics table.
SpeakArray uses local browser storage for preferences such as light or dark theme and for the anonymous visitor identifier used to avoid counting every refresh as a new visitor.
SpeakArray is hosted using Vercel and stores application data with Neon PostgreSQL. These infrastructure providers may process standard request, security and operational data according to their own policies and service terms.
Headline links lead to third-party websites. Once you follow an external link, that publisher's privacy practices and technologies apply.
Headline storage is intentionally limited and older items are pruned as the live feed updates. Visitor-presence records are used for simple traffic counts and may be periodically cleaned as the service evolves.
